SPACE Media (NGO “Zhytomyr Enthusiasts”) respects the privacy of its users and ensures that any personal information collected is processed responsibly and securely. This User Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request deletion of their personal data and how such requests are handled.
Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data at any time. This includes all information collected through the website, registration forms, event participation, subscriptions, or any other interactions with SPACE Media. Once a valid request is received, the organization will take all reasonable steps to permanently erase the data from its active systems and backups within a reasonable timeframe, unless data retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate organizational purposes (for example, accounting or audit obligations).

- The email address associated with your data
- A clear statement that you wish to have your personal data deleted
Upon verification of your identity and confirmation of your request, SPASE Media will delete all relevant personal information and notify you once the process is complete. Deletion requests related to data held by third-party processors (such as Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook, WayForPay, or email service providers) will also be forwarded to those parties, where applicable.
Please note that anonymized or aggregated data, which cannot be linked to an identifiable individual, may be retained for analytical or statistical purposes. Additionally, certain data may be preserved for a limited period if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
